Key Responsibilities

As a Part 2 or Part 3 Architectural Assistant, you will support the design and delivery of a wide range of projects:

  • Assisting with concept and detailed design, from early feasibility to construction stages.
  • Preparing planning drawings, technical details, and presentation materials.
  • Supporting senior staff in client meetings, design reviews, and site visits.
  • Contributing to BIM models and technical drawing packages (Vectorworks experience desirable; training available).
  • Supporting sustainable design initiatives and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to projects.
  • Participating in internal design critiques and project reviews to develop professional knowledge.

About You

  • RIBA Part 2 qualified or Part 3 (pre-qualification) with some UK practice experience.
  • Strong design, technical, and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of UK planning policy, building regulations, and construction methods (mentorship provided).
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn BIM-compatible software (Vectorworks advantageous).
  • Genuine interest in sustainable architecture and innovative design solutions.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow professionally with mentorship support.
