This award winning firm are searching for an Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their practice in Surrey, working on high quality projects from small high-end residential to large scale multi-unit schemes for housing developers working from conception to completion.
This practice has forged an outstanding reputation winning numerous awards for their accolades within the UK Residential sector, This is an opportunity for a part 2 architectural assistant to grow and develop their career with a collaborative and supportive company.
Essential Part 2 Architectural Assistant Requirements:
- RIBA Part 2 Qualified
- Demonstratable UK experience within the Residential sector
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and REVIT
- Working knowledge of rendering software (Rhino/VRay/Lumion)
- Ability to demonstrate graphic skills including Photoshop, InDesign and Sketchup
- Good organisation, communication and time management.
- Positive can do attitude and forward thinking skills
A competitive salary will be on offer for the successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant likely to be in the region of £25,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience. Generous company benefits including annual bonus, private medical cover, pension, free parking and great career prospects.
