Conrad Consulting are pleased to be working with a small but rapidly growing architectural practice in Northampton, seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant, to join their exciting and forward thinking practice.

With a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from residential to commercial, the practice pride themselves on creating spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. The Part 2 Architectural Assistant for this role will be joining an enthusiastic and dynamic team made up of experienced Architects & Technologists who you can lean on to gain experience and further your development. The practice actively support Part 2 Architectural Assistants in their journey to becoming fully qualified Architects, and through your Part 3 course.
The practice predominantly work within the Residential sector, so Part 2 Architectural Assistant with a background in this area would be ideal.
Requirements of the Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- UK recognised qualifications at Part 1 & 2 level
- At least 2 years of industry experience at Part 1 or 2 level.
- Archicad proficiency would be ideal but not necessarily essential.
- Residential experience would be ideal.
- Ability to showcase your design flair.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and package for the Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- £28,000-£32,000
- Private healthcare (opt in after probation period)
- Hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 from home
- 27 days holiday PLUS bank holidays PLUS Christmas shut down
- Discretionary bonus scheme
