Part 2 Architectural Assistant

An ambitious RIBA qualified Part 2 Architectural Assistant is required to join an award-winning Architectural Design Studio in Chelmsford.



This well-established practice specialises in the Residential, Commercial, Retail, Education and Community sectors. With a reputation for approaching their work with passion, integrity, creativity and practicality, this close-knit team pride themselves on building lasting and loyal relationships with their clients and have acquired a fantastic reputation as a highly trusted consultancy.


The company are well-placed to continue to push forward and build on previous successes. As such, they are now looking to add Part 2 Architectural Assistants that can bring energy to the office along with a friendly and helpful personality that can add true value to the team.


The role will give the incoming Part 2 Architectural Assistant the opportunity to work within the planning team and support the planning application process in preparing applications, design and access statements and produce presentation work to enhance the application documents, preparing design reviews, drawings and presenting to clients.


The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will be given support and training as they progress their studies.


Opportunities are also available for recently qualified Architects.



Part 2 Architectural Assistant Requirements:


  • RIBA qualified Part 2 Architectural Assistant
  • Minimum 3 years experience within UK Architecture industry
  • Fantastic communication skills and a great work ethic
  • Ambitions to develop into a fully chartered Architect
  • Fully proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign & Photoshop



The salary on offer will fall in-line with the RIBA salary guide for the level of the role plus generous annual leave allowance and other benefits.
