This firm specialise in delivering top-tier consultancy, innovative designs, and impeccable service across a wide spectrum of projects, including housing, commercial, education, leisure, listed buildings and major urban design schemes. After numerous successful years, they have expanded by opening additional offices nationwide and are showing no signs of slowing with the growth of their business – making this an exciting time to come on board!
As a result of this expansion, there is a need to add a number of talented Architectural Assistants to their dynamic Chelmsford office. This role would see the Architectural Assistants collaborate with a highly talented and friendly team to work upon a wide range of interesting projects from concept to completion.
Initially, the role would require the successful Part 2 Architectural Assistants to work upon a range of Residential projects and so demonstrable experience within this sector is an essential requirement for applicants.
Part 2 Architectural Assistant Requirements:
- Recognised RIBA/ARB Part II qualification in Architecture
- Proficiency with AutoCAD & Adobe Creative Suite essential
- Proficiency with Revit & SketchUp – highly desirable
- Knowledge of UK Planning Policy and Building Regulations
- Strong communication, organisational, and design skills
- Proactive, collaborative, and innovative mindset
- Ambitions to develop into a fully chartered Architect
The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistants will not only gain the opportunity to work within an enjoyable environment, but will also be offered a highly competitive salary, likely to be in the range of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum plus a range of benefits that include hybrid & flexible working, early finishes Friday, bonus & gym access.
