What You’ll Be Doing
As a Part 2 Assistant, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team delivering concept and planning stage work for commercial, retail and urban residential projects. You’ll support design development and contribute to the success of multiple ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conceptual and planning designs for UK-based commercial and urban residential projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on project delivery.
- Contribute to design reviews, feasibility studies, and presentations.
- Use hand sketching, Photoshop, InDesign, and SketchUp to communicate design ideas.
- Support the leadership team in developing project strategies and coordinating design outputs.
Professional Development Opportunities:

Required Skills & Knowledge
Technical:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and ideally Revit.
- Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and CDM Regulations.
- Ability to use a variety of media in design development and documentation.
Personal Attributes:
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

Qualifications:
- RIBA Part 2 qualification (Masters in Architecture)
