The Role: We are seeking a dynamic Part 2 Architectural Assistant who is passionate about design and eager to take on a variety of tasks throughout the project life-cycle. You will collaborate closely with a team of experienced Architects, gaining valuable insights and developing your skills in a hands-on role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
  • Work closely with senior architects to refine design details and ensure alignment with client visions.
  • Contribute to presentations and project proposals, showcasing your creative ideas.
  • Collaborate within a friendly and engaging team environment, fostering a spirit of teamwork and innovation.

 

Part 2 Architectural Assistant Requirements:

  • RIBA qualified at Part 2 level 
  • Experience in a UK practice is essential
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit is preferred.
  • Strong design and visualisation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively.
  • A good understanding of UK planning applications and Building Regulations is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design work would be beneficial.

  • A competitive salary of £28k to £34k (depending on experience) plus benefits.
  • Flexible working hours: Start between 8 AM and 10 AM, finish between 4:40 PM and 6:30 PM.
