Are you an experienced engineer at Principal/Associate level with ambition and self-motivation?
Our client is well known for their first class civil, structural and geo environmental engineering solutions. They deliver efficient, innovative and quality designs with a focus on enhancing the built environment.
The perfect candidate will be highly proficient in design, with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver high value projects in the residential/retail/commercial/education/healthcare sectors.
Part of your role will be focussed on Project Delivery, acting as a Project Lead and working with a team of Engineers and Technicians to deliver high value schemes. This will involve regular meetings and liaison with various members of the Design Team, as well as project programming, resourcing, concept, technical design and reviewing of financial milestones.
The remainder of the role will depend on the Candidate’s experience but ultimately the goal will be for them to lead the team as a self-sufficient office.
You would be either Chartered or near-Chartered (ICE or IStructE) and have a passion for structural projects with a keen eye for detail. This role is Leeds based with likely 1-2 days in Sheffield office each week. Reasonable flexible working arrangements are considered for the right candidate.
