Principal Civil Engineer

£60,000 - £65,000 plus benefits
Our client is an award-winning firm of consulting engineers with a number of national offices. They take pride in their vast technical expertise and proactive approach, which ensures client retention and ongoing project wins.
Their workload includes schemes ranging in size and complexity, and they focus on delivering integrated engineering in an imaginative and solution-based way.
Their civils team in Bristol is undergoing expansion, and as part of these plans they are seeking a Principal Civil Engineer for a strategic appointment. You will work closely with the Regional Director, helping to manage projects and teams, along with assisting with the growth plans.
An experienced engineer at Principal level, who has a good depth of residential scheme experience. Strong commercial awareness and a focus on client liaison is vital.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in uses of AutoCAD, Civils 3D and WinDes;
- Experience of roads and drainage design across a variety of sectors, including residential;
- Experience with Section Agreements such as 38, 278 and 185;
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills.
