Our client has a passion and pride for designing sustainable and integrated solutions in all they do. Their project workload covers defence, life sciences, power, public, rail, and aviation.
The team in Manchester is growing and they are looking to recruit a Principal Structural Engineer to enthuse and bring on a committed team.
You will manage schemes, ensuring adequate resourcing and compliance with relevant systems.
The role:
- Manage the civil and structural team;
- Oversee project delivery from single to multiple schemes;
- Prepare tenders and fee estimates;
- Carry out technical reviews of project progress;
- Support and mentor your team to maximise their performance.
Ideally you will be Chartered or working toward Chartership, with extensive experience in structural design. It will be necessary for you to hold a CSCS card and be willing to obtain security clearance.
