Principal Structural Engineer

£50,000 - £60,000 plus benefits
Come join this dynamic and busy multi-discipline engineering consultancy on the outskirts of the city. Their buildings structures team is looking to appoint a Principal Structural Engineer to undertake structural design on projects including commercial, industrial, education and residential up to multi million pounds in value.
About you:
- Degree in civil or structural engineering with at least 7 years’ experience within a UK consultancy;
- Chartered or working towards, MIStructE or ICE;
- Extensive structural design experience in all traditional materials such as steel, concrete and timber;
- Able to manage multiple projects, focusing on managing resourcing to achieve successful project delivery;
- Mentor for junior members of your team, with an understanding of how to best help them progress;
- Able to represent our client at internal and external meetings;
- Strong communication and report writing skills.
