Are you an experienced and talented Project Architect looking for a new and exciting opportunity in Nottingham? Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working with a multi-disciplinary practice based in the city centre, seeking to appoint a Project Architect to their growing team.
The practice offers services in Architecture & Interior Design working across multiple sectors including Commercial, Education and Residential areas. The practice are particularly busy in the Education sector currently, so Project Architects with a background of working on schools from primary through to higher education would be ideal for this position.
Joining a team of close to 15 members of staff, the Project Architect for this role will be leading a small team, leading projects from concept to completion predominantly in the Education sector. This position would be suited to a Project Architect with at least 3 years of post qualifications experience, but it is essential that the candidate for this role has extensive job running experience. It's therefore likely to suit someone with around 5-10 years of post qualification experience in reality.
The practice utilise AutoCAD & Revit software, so again the Project Architect for this position will ideally have a solid background using these packages.
Skills & Qualifications required of the Project Architect:
- UK recognised qualifications and ARB registration.
- Approximately 5 years of post qualification experience
- Experience of working in multiple sectors would be ideal, but Education would be the most suitable.
- AutoCAD & Revit proficiency
- Solid job running experience, with ideally at least 3 years in this kind of position.
- Confidence in running a small team.
The successful Project Architect will be offered a salary in the region of £38,000-£46,000 (negotiable upwards dependent on experience), alongside hybrid/flexible working and various other benefits.
