A progressive medium sized Chartered Architectural Practice requires a talented technically focussed Project Architect who is keen to play a leading role in working on fast paced projects within the Logistics sectors for blue chip clients and developers.
The practice was founded in Harrogate and in the last couple of years has successfully expanded into Leeds City centre, their team members typically spend their time between each office and some choose Leeds or Harrogate as their primary base.
Based in their news Leeds city centre studio just a couple of minutes’ walk from the train station, a delightful modern space overlooking the river Aire awaits. This successful expansion into the city is due to continued growth fuelled by an incredibly robust portfolio of work across multiple sectors to include, Care, Retail, logistics, Residential, Healthcare and large commercial units, much of their repeat work is with well-known blue chip clients who you will really get hands on experience of working with and developing!
Their latest hire see’s them on the market for a technically competent Project Architect to work on fast paced Logistics projects from start-finish, we require an individual who is interested in project delivery over design lead. The role will involve a lot of project meetings, so required is someone with excellent client facing skills, the ability to build relationships and articulate yourself. A thorough understanding of client specifications and technical detailing, plus excellent Revit capabilities.
This is the major growing sector in the practice with an opportunity here to lead multiple industrial projects and make a name for yourself, in addition there is also the opportunity to work in some of their other core markets to include Care, Residential and Retail however the immediate demands and growth career wise is within their logistics team.
Essential criteria for the Project Architect as follows;
Fully qualified ARB / RIBA registered Architect currently operating at a Project Architect level.
At least 3-5 years experience and recent demonstrable experience running your own projects.
Excellent Revit capabilities
Client facing / keen to engage with end users, build your own network.

Project Architect will receive a salary and benefits as follows;
Salary £37,500 - £42,500
