A dynamic, design-led architectural practice is seeking a Project Architect with 5–10 years of experience to join their growing team in Leeds city centre. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Project Architect to work on a range of complex and rewarding projects across sectors including residential, commercial and public sector frameworks.

The Role
As a Project Architect, you will take the lead on a variety of projects from inception through to completion (RIBA Stages 0–7), collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and clients to deliver thoughtful, technically robust design solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading medium to large-scale projects through all RIBA stages
- Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
- Producing detailed design and technical packages, including working with Revit
- Coordinating with consultants and managing delivery on site
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff within the team
- Contributing to project planning, resourcing, and quality assurance processes
The ideal Project Architect will bring:
- 5–10 years post-Part III experience, ideally in commercial, residential, or public sector work
- Strong technical knowledge and design ability
- Confidence working independently and within a team structure
- Proven experience delivering projects through all work stages
- Proficiency in Revit (essential) and BIM workflows
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
- An interest in sustainable design, MMC, or net-zero carbon strategies (desirable)
