Conrad Consulting, in collaboration with an award-winning Architectural Design studio, is seeking an experienced Project Architect to contribute to a diverse range of Residential and Commercial projects. The successful candidate will benefit from mentorship, guidance, and a clear, unrestricted path to Senior and Associate levels. Several members of the current Senior team began their careers in Architect/Project Architect roles and have swiftly ascended the ranks, now playing an integral part in the business structure in Manchester. Initially, this Project Architect role will involve taking a lead-design position on high-rise Residential, Hotel, and Commercial projects.
Qualifications / Experience Required:
- RIBA Part 3 qualification.
- ARB/RIBA Chartered (Minimum 3 years post-qualification).
- UK-based experience.
- Core experience within the Residential & Commercial sectors.
- Proficiency in REVIT.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
