Our client, a small multidisciplinary with two offices in the UK, is currently looking for a Project Manager to join their thriving Birmingham office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a variety of projects, focusing on residential, regeneration and education.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Act as the Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent on various projects
- Analyse tenders and prepare reports.
- Prepare and present initial appraisal and feasibility reports.
- Develop outline design proposals, including budget estimate costs.
- Conduct site visits and issue inspection reports.
Requirements:
- BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management, with relevant work experience in a consultancy environment.
- Proven experience working on education and residential projects.
- Proficiency in RIBA stages 0-4.
