Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, demonstrating self-motivation and confidence in client-facing roles. They should be adept at managing multiple projects and clients within the education and healthcare sectors. Extensive experience with pre- and post-contract phases is required, along with a solid understanding of working with local authorities and healthcare trusts.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day delivery of projects.
- Engage positively with clients, developing, growing, and maintaining client relationships.
- Develop project management strategy and delivery.
- Establish effective processes and systems for use throughout the project.
- Produce cost plans, feasibilities, and optioneering.
- Assess, track, and report on change management.
- Manage risk processes and value management.
- Work with the supply chain and implement effective procurement.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and designers.
- Manage sub-consultants and construction managers.
- Attend and chair meetings.
