The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, demonstrating self-motivation and confidence in client-facing roles. They should be adept at managing multiple projects and clients within the education and healthcare sectors. Extensive experience with pre- and post-contract phases is required, along with a solid understanding of working with local authorities and healthcare trusts.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day delivery of projects.
  • Engage positively with clients, developing, growing, and maintaining client relationships.
  • Develop project management strategy and delivery.
  • Establish effective processes and systems for use throughout the project.
  • Produce cost plans, feasibilities, and optioneering.
  • Assess, track, and report on change management.
  • Manage risk processes and value management.
  • Work with the supply chain and implement effective procurement.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and designers.
  • Manage sub-consultants and construction managers.
  • Attend and chair meetings.
