£40,000 - £50,000 (+ Car Allowance)
Required Experience
- Seeking or interested in pursuing professional chartership with organisations such as RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or MICE.
- Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality reports and instructions.
- Track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
- Experience in preparing winning tender submissions.
Role Responsibilities
- Conducting feasibility studies, site surveys, investigations, and evaluations.
- Managing project finances from start to finish, including cash flow forecasts, monitoring expenditures, and recommending client payments.
- Handling contract administration, including JCT and NEC agreements.
- Managing consultant teams to ensure compliance with contract specifications. Addressing deviations from specifications and budget with the client.
- Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations throughout project delivery.
- Providing regular reports to clients on project aspects, including inspections and scheduling, and overseeing acceptance of works under contract provisions.
