My client is seeking to employ an intermediate Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager who is detail focused, possess the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise their workload. The successful candidate will be reliable, trustworthy and a strong negotiator when dealing with contractors.
MRICS would be advantageous but not compulsory as our client will fully support an APC candidate with their Chartership.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different sectors such as Residential, Student Accommodation, Commercial, Industrial and Leisure. Our client has around £50m worth of projects on going at present with further projects in the pipeline and not at construction phase yet.
On Offer for the Quantity Surveyor
- A base salary of between £30k - £40k depending on experience
- Pension of 5%
- Full support with the APC
