Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Location: Manchester
About the Role:
We're working with one of our biggest consultancy clients on roles in the North West, looking for Quantity Surveyors in Manchester. Projects include Education, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Retail, & Leisure.
Key Responsibilities for the Quantity Surveyor:
- Prepare and deliver initial appraisals and feasibility reports.
- Draft and prepare contract documents.
- Manage client relationships and present project schemes effectively.
- Oversee project programming and address any issues affecting service delivery.
- Prepare comprehensive tendering documentation.
- Delivering precise monitoring, forecasting, and reporting of project costs to ensure completion within budget.
Role Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor:
- Have already obtained or working towards chartership (RICS, APM, CIOB, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and positive approach
- NEC Experience is preferred but not necessary
