A leading Architecture & Interior Design Practice seeks an enthusiastic and driven Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their expanding team based in Leeds City centre to support the design and project delivery of various high profile Residential development projects.
This award-winning medium-large practice have a fantastic track-record of delivering projects across a range of sectors, many of their projects have become some of the most recognisable developments in central Leeds over the years.
The role will see the Part 2 Architectural Assistant work alongside a talented team through all RIBA stages on a variety of UK based prestigious projects ranging from developer led high value mixed use BTR Residential, Commercial Workplace & large scale Infrastructure such as Rail and Transportation.
The ideal Architectural Assistant will be able to demonstrate UK Architecture industry experience, preferably with some experience in the aforementioned sectors and have a passion to create high quality Architecture. Crucially our client wants to attract a candidate who is keen to learn and has a can-do attitude.
Part 2 Architectural Assistant Requirements:
- RIBA qualified Part 2 Architectural Assistant with some UK based practice experience.
- Demonstrable experience working within UK practice ideally within the Residential sector.
- Proficiency with both AutoCAD & Revit is essential
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Keen to learn and embrace the skills required to become a talented Architect
- Team player and positively contribute to the vibrant office culture and shared goal of delivering outstanding Architecture..
The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will be provided with all the support and guidance needed to progress their Architectural education, sponsorship, super talented supportive team and culturally excellent working environment awaits.
Salary on offer is between £27,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on work experience + generous benefits.
The opportunity is studio based in a contemporary open plan office just a 2 minute walk from Leeds train station.
