For this reason, they are looking to recruit an established Senior Architect that can support the existing team and offer opportunities for further growth into this sector.

- ARB/RIBA Chartership preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience working in the Residential sector (Housing, PRS, Medium/high-rise).
- Awareness of the challenges associated with the Residential market in the North-West.
- Experience leading a team of Architectural professionals. Comfortable in a Senior role.
- Proven job-running capabilities.
- Ambitions to grow and manage a small design team.
- Relevant software knowledge where appropriate (REVIT, CAD, etc).
