Conrad Consulting are presenting an outstanding opportunity for an Senior Architect to join our clients, a well respected multi-disciplinary consultancy looking to expand within their Architectural branch
We are searching for a Senior Architect that has a wealth of experience within the Architectural field to run exciting projects within the commercial, residential and education sectors. Our clients are seeking a Senior Architect that specialises in the early RIBA stages (2-3) with an all rounded knowledge of projects concept to completion.
If you are an Experienced Senior Architect that has up to 7 years post qualification with an extensive knowledge of projects across all RIBA stages (specifically stages 2-3), Possess a sound understanding of UK building regs and legislation and have the ability to manage teams whilst running projects
At minimum the successful Architect candidate needs to possess –
- RIBA/ARB chartered Architect
- Minimum 7 years + Demonstrable Post qualification UK experience
- Experience within Residential and Commercial sectors
- Excellent design capabilities
- Job running experience – working on projects across all RIBA stages.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD & Revit
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and contractors
- Ability to manage a team and also run projects from concept to completion.
On offer for the successful Senior Architect candidate is a highly competitive salary likely to be in the region of £40,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience, generous company benefits and the opportunity to advance your career with a well respected Architectural practice
