Conrad Consulting are looking for a Senior Architect with a passion for good Architecture to join a reputable Architectural practice with a new regional office in Edinburgh. They have a fantastic reputation across the UK and internationally and are looking for a motivated Senior Architect to join their growing team.
The successful Senior Architect candidate will have a strong background in Architectural design and project management alongside a good general knowledge of UK building regulations, etc.
The key responsibilities of the Senior Architect will include:
- Leading and managing projects from inception to completion
- Developing and implementing design concepts.
- Preparing and reviewing technical drawings and documents
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors
Qualifications of the Senior Architect should include:
- ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect.
- Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Strong design and technical skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
