Conrad Consulting, in partnership with a reputable design studio are looking for a Job-running, Senior Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technologist to assist with the growth of their office in Central Liverpool.
This RIBA Chartered practice support both a local and national client base on a wide-range of projects. These are typically Residential schemes in recent years including high-rise, Student accommodation and Build-to-rent projects.
This opportunity would be best suited to an individual with real aspirations for progression and recognition within a leading Design studio. The successful candidate here will gain exposure to numerous, exciting schemes whilst being placed at the forefront of a small, yet ambitious Architectural Practice in Central Liverpool.
The Senior Architectural Technologist responsibilities will include:
·Producing high quality drawings with a real attention to detail.
·Taking an active lead on complex designs.
·Developing and implementing marketing strategies.
·Managing important Client relationships.
·Working alongside colleagues in both offices.
·Working in collaboration with Internal Design teams and external suppliers.
·Using both REVIT and AutoCAD to produce detailed work.
Essential requirements of the Senior Architectural Technologist will include:
·To hold a relevant Architectural Qualification (Degree, HNC, HND).
·Minimum 2 years live practice based experience a similar role.
·Full proficiency using both REVIT & AutoCAD software.
·Positive attitude towards work.
·Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
·Knowledge of current UK planning and Building regulation procedures.
This is a full-time, permanent role with one of Liverpools best-known Architectural practices. The successful candidate will be offered every chance for progression and will be supported by an experienced Senior team operating across both offices.
Salary: £35,000-£42,000 per annum.
