Job Title: Senior Building Surveyor:
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

About the Role:
Our client, a leading international consultancy, is expanding their North West team and seeking a Senior Building Surveyor.
If you have experience in Government, Education, Blue Light, Industrial, retail or commercial and would like to be a Senior Building Surveyor, then this could be the job for you.
Responsibilities for the Senior Building Surveyor:
- Lead the tendering process, including tender invitations, analysis, and the preparation of comprehensive tender reports.
- Deliver a wide range of building surveying services across diverse projects and sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery for each project.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, including drafting specifications, schedules of work, and applying a structured, detail-oriented approach.
Requirements for the Senior Building Surveyor:
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc Hons) in Building Surveying, accredited by RICS.
- Proven experience across all core areas of building surveying.
- Strong awareness of industry trends, challenges, and best practices.
- Previous experience in the public sector would be advantageous but not essential.
