Our client is a leader in commercial real estate and investment. As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking to recruit a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team in Liverpool
If you're a RICS qualified surveyor with a background in commercial property and a keen interest in delivering high quality consultancy across diverse asset types this could be the ideal next step for you.
Responsibilities for the Senior Building Surveyor:
- Deliver technical due diligence for a range of UK and EMEA investment and occupier clients.
- Lead and manage building surveys for both single assets and large-scale portfolios.
- Prepare and negotiate Schedules of Dilapidations on behalf of landlords and tenants.
- Undertake defect analysis, refurbishment advice, and develop PPM schedules.
- Act as Contract Administrator or Lead Consultant on refurbishment and fit-out projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive value and strengthen client relationships.
- Ensure work is delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest professional standards.
Requirements for the Senior Building Surveyor:
- MRICS qualified, with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
- Experience in technical due diligence, dilapidations, and contract administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a commercial mindset.
- Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Comfortable managing clients, deadlines, and contributing to business growth.
- Willing to travel throughout the UK and EMEA as required.
- Full UK driving licence.
