Our client is looking to appoint a Senior Civil Engineer on a permanent basis in Glasgow.
This role is best suited for a career focused and commercially aware engineer that has a keen interest in conservation and design led projects.

PROJECT PIPELINE
The project pipeline of this consultancy is unique and stands out as they are considered experts of conservation of ancient monuments, commercial units, industrial structures, housing estates, boutique hotels and leisure facilities.
Currently, they employ the largest number of engineers with CARE status (Register of Engineers Conservation Accreditation) showcasing their commitment to their staff and their trade.
This multi-disciplinary firm has been creating innovative and sustainable designs in the UK and globally for nearly 50 years, emphasizing their ability to punch above their weight and compete with the bigger firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Leading project teams and coordinating with other design departments.
- Providing technical expertise on various projects whilst liaising with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensuring project delivery is within budget and timeframe.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Chartered Engineer status.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in civil engineering.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Civils 3D, and other relevant software.
- Must have Microdrainage experience.
