Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Sheffield.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to contribute to the continued growth and success of our client's organisation.
Key Responsibilities of Senior Project Manager:
- Lead the overall project delivery process, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific objectives, requirements, and constraints, ensuring projects align with their expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders ensuring effective communication, coordination, and collaboration.
- Monitor and report project progress, milestones, and deliverables to all relevant parties, including clients and senior management.
- Manage project risks, including health and safety, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Actively contribute to business development activities, including identifying new project opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships.
- Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and facilitating their professional development.
Requirements of the Senior Project Manager:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
- MRICS qualification is desirable.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Prince2 or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Solid organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects forward and deliver results, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

- The salary range for this position is £55,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
