The Role of the Project Manager:
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead on a variety of schemes ranging from £1M to £30M, delivering projects from pre-contract through to completion. You’ll play a key role in mentoring junior staff, managing project teams, and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:
- Manage construction projects across a diverse portfolio.
- Act as Employer’s Agent, Contract Administrator, and lead Project Manager.
- Support business growth through client development and networking.
- Oversee and train junior team members, helping to shape future talent.
- Report directly to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking from the Project Manager:
We’re seeking a driven professional with proven experience in project management within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have:
- Accreditation: MRICS, FRICS, MAPM, or CHPP preferred (or 6+ years in the industry with Senior PM experience).
- Expertise in delivering public sector projects.
- Strong client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.
- A proactive, collaborative, and flexible approach to work.
Full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.
