I am recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a dynamic consultancy. Your Role as the Project Manager:
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll:
- Lead Projects: Manage all stages, from pre-construction to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client partnerships, while identifying new business opportunities.
- Coordinate Teams: Oversee professional teams, fostering collaboration and delivering results.
- Drive Excellence: Prepare detailed reports and ensure high standards of project execution.

- Proven Experience: Construction project management expertise, including leading teams and managing clients.
- Sector Knowledge: Experience in urban redevelopment (commercial office, residential) or healthcare projects is highly desirable.
- Qualifications: A degree in a construction-related subject is advantageous, but all backgrounds will be considered. Progress toward professional accreditation (RICS, CIOB, APM) is a bonus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and confidence in delivering presentations.
