My client is currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (PQS) to fill a permanent opening within their office located in the city centre of Manchester due to an extensive pipeline of work.
With a healthy portfolio of projects ranging from, but not limited to, Commercial, Retail, Residential and Industrial. This opportunity is one that will give you the variety you might lacking in your current position.
Interested candidates should have experience in working on Commercial Fit out projects.
Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Producing cost plans from initial client briefings and early stage drawings.
- Working with client and design team to value engineer cost plans to suit client budgets.
- Produce billing programmes utilising staff resource pool to produce Bills of Quantities in a timely manner
- Interim valuations issued in line with contract requirements
- Management experience of successful project delivery from inception to handover
- Experienced in business development, focusing on new business opportunities and retaining existing clients
On offer for the Senior Quantity Surveyor
- This position offers a starting salary of between £50,000 - £55,000
