Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client is looking to bring an experienced Quantity Surveyor into their team in Manchester working in their Aviation team.
The role would involve the construction of a new pier, as well as a terminal building reconfiguration and refurbishment. The project is estimated to be worth £300 million, and requires someone with client-facing experience to provide commercial leadership.
NEC experience is required, but aviation experience is not necessary; those with experience both before and after the deal. must be able to obtain BPSS in order to complete the projects.
Requirements:
- Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
- Individuals with exposure to procurement & strategic advice.
- Experienced with commercial roles and functions for large capital programmes.
- Preferably experienced in UK infrastructure
- Prior experience of working within a UK construction consultancy is essential.
