Our client is a global multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy renowned for delivering some of the world’s biggest projects. Due to several big project wins, they are looking to expand their Leeds office and are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in health sector projects, particularly within the NHS or public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee cost control and final accounts for health sector projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
- MRICS preferred, but not essential.
- Previous construction consultancy experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience, with a focus on health sector projects.
- Pre and post contract experience.
- Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
On offer for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Salary £60,000 - £65,000
- 27 days annual leave plus bank and public holidays
