We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's Birmingham office. Our client is a small, multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy with two offices in the UK. They are renowned for delivering exceptional services across various sectors, including residential and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project costs from inception to completion.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering.
- Oversee contract administration and compliance.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 5+ years’ post-qualification experience, ideally within a consultancy environment
- MRICS or MCIOB qualified
- Housing or education experience
- Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
On offer for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
- Salary £60,000 - £65,000
