We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for providing cost and contractual support to large new build projects. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a well-established and highly respected company that is committed to delivering quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
•Preparation of tender and contract documents
•Cost planning and budget management
•Measurement and valuation of works
•Administration of contracts
•Resolution of contractual disputes
•Risk management
•Final accounts
Requirements:
•8+ years’ experience in a similar role
•Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
•Good knowledge of construction contracts
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Strong attention to detail
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
Salary and Benefits
Salary £58,000 - £65,000
