Senior Structural Engineer
£50,000 - £55,000 per annum plus benefits

Our client is an award-winning firm of multi-disciplinary consulting engineers. They enjoy an excellent reputation within the industry which has resulted in continued growth and as a result of this success they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join the dynamic team in their Witney office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to take on a leadership role which will see the successful candidate deputising for the Director.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept to completion;
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and other team members;
- Conduct structural analysis and design using industry-standard software;
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and construction documents;
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality engineering solutions;
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations;
- Assist the Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office in their absence.
Requirements:
- A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering;
- A Chartered or near-chartered status with a recognised engineering institution;
- Proven experience in structural engineering with a focus on building structures;
- Proficiency in using structural engineering software;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Knowledge of UK building regulations and design codes;
