Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Structural Technician to join a busy design team in Glasgow.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in utilising Revit software for industrial and heavy structures such as warehouses, hotels, distilleries, student accommodation etc .
This role requires a hands-on approach, collaborating closely with various design teams to ensure that projects are delivered successfully on time and to candidate specification.
While there is a small team of Technicians already in place, this position does not entail line management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise Revit software proficiently to create detailed structural drawings and models.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency in project delivery.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes and processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as required.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience utilising Revit software for industrial and heavy structures.
- Strong technical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
