A Senior Structural Technician is required to join a small team of experienced Engineers at one of the largest employee-owned engineering consultancies in the UK.

Based in Glasgow, the office is a short walk from excellent transportation links that will allow you to get to and from the city centre within 15 minutes.

Its proximity to the city centre makes it an attractive location to work with lots of nearby cafes, restaurants, bars, and various other social venues- ideal for lunch time or post work activities.

This office has the feel of a small, close-knit team and this provides a great working environment for a Senior Structural Technician that is confident in their abilities but would benefit from support from senior staff as well as excellent training programmes.

In addition to Glasgow, the company has several more offices throughout the central belt of Scotland and the wider UK - having a nationwide presence allows them to attract business at a steady rate and has resulted in a healthy project pipeline, securing work for several years to come.

This multi-disciplinary firm has been creating innovative and sustainable designs in the UK and globally for over 50 years, further emphasising their ability to punch above their weight and compete with the bigger firms.

You will work on a wide range of projects as a Senior Structural Technician, this includes a mixture of commercial, education, healthcare, historic and listed buildings, hotels, industrial, refurbishment, residential, retail, and sport and leisure.

To be successful as the Senior Structural Technician it is expected that you will have least 5+ years of experience working within a similar, UK based design firm and successfully completing similar projects.
